“The Pinellas Tax

The Tax Collector
encourages consumers to take advantage of the three-month early renewal option
whenever a fee increase deadline is looming. Vessel owners, like vehicle
owners, must renew their annual registrations by midnight of their birthday, and
may do so three months earlier. That means vessel owners with birthdays in
July, August, or September may begin renewing now.
“Because of the
advance time it takes to prepare, print, and stuff the annual renewal notices,
it will take time for a new batch with the new fees to work their way into the
system”, says Pinellas Communication Deputy Tax Collector
