Not a drop of rain. A great sunset. A really cool crowd.
Lots of great things to eat and drink.
Every performer was a pro and gave their best.
Special thanks to Tom Gribbin who brought along his friend
for a few songs with the Saltwater Cowboys!

"BANDS on the SAND" rocks Treasure Island
MyFox Tampa Bay - Sunday, May 24,2009
We'll do it again Saturday, May 29, 2010 at
BANDS on the SAND II ™.
Parking directly on the beach at the concert site is available Saturday for just $10. Parking entrance is at 112th Avenue & Gulf Boulevard (across from the Waffle House) Click here
Some tips for the concerts:
- Arrive early. It's a big beach but the best spots fill up fast.
- The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops directly at the concert site at 104th Avenue & Gulf Boulevard. Both northbound and southbound trolleys make stops at :20 and :50 of every hour. Trolley service begins at 6am and runs until midnight.
- It's worth it to stay to the end. It's nice to walk on the beach in the evening while the traffic on Gulf Boulevard clears.
