Request for Proposals - Pay Stations, Meters and Software
Deadline: Thursday, November 10th at 2pm

Presentation & Demonstration Meeting: Thursday, December 1st at 9am
Sealed Proposals may be hand-delivered or mailed to City of Treasure Island (“City”), City Hall, 120 – 108th Ave, Treasure Island, FL 33706 to the attention of the Purchasing Coordinator. All Proposals, with original signature and four (4) additional copies must be received no later than Thursday, November 10th at 2 PM. Sealed Proposals shall be submitted on the City’s official Proposal Form. All envelopes shall be clearly marked PAY STATIONS, METERS AND SOFTWARE. Immediately thereafter, at the City of Treasure Island Public Works Conference Room, located at 152 – 108th Ave, Treasure Island, the Proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered. On Wednesday, November 16th at 1pm the evaluation committee consisting of employees from the Recreation, Finance, Police department and the Purchasing Coordinator will meet in a public meeting in the Public Works Conference Room to discuss and rank each proposer’s responsive responsible Proposal. On Thursday, December 1st starting at 9am pm each finalist will be required to provide an oral presentation and live demonstration to include a working model of their proposed product for the committee. This presentation will take place in the City Hall auditorium located at 120-108th Ave and will be open to the public. After the presentations the committee will rank the proposals and make a recommendation to the City Manager for award of a contract.
