Treasure Island Mayor & City Commissioners
Treasure Island City Commission meetings and workshops are held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month (except September meetings, which are on Wednesdays) at 6pm at Treasure Island City Hall, 120 108th Avenue. The meeting starts at 6pm; when the meeting concludes, the commission takes a five-minute break; the workshop then begins.

Mayor Minning was elected Mayor in 2009 to a 3-year term expiring March 2012. As Mayor, he chairs Commission meetings and workshops and is the official representative of the City. Mayor Minning had previously served as Commissioner of District 3.

Commissioner Collins represents District 1, which is all of the fingers of Capri Isle, Key Capri Condominiums, all of Third Street East, all of Second Street East, those streets east of Second Street East, Sun Isle Circle, Rosselli Park and Pinellas County Utilities water tank site on Capri Isle, 127th Avenue from the Bay to the Gulf, Lagoon Lane from the south side of 127th Avenue to Johns Pass, Kingfish Drive, Sunshine Lane from the south side of 127th Avenue to Johns Pass, First Street West from south side of 127th Avenue to Johns Pass and Gulf Boulevard from the south side of 127th Avenue to Johns Pass.

Commissioner Caldwell represents District 2 which is the entire are of Isle of Palms, Capri Circle South and Capri Circle North, Capri Isle, 116th Avenue, streets from 119th Avenue through 126th Avenue from the Bay westward to the Gulf of Mexico, Lagoon Lane from 119th Avenue to the south side of 127th Avenue, First Street West from 119th Avenue to the south side of 127th Avenue, Sunshine Lane from 119th Avenue to the south side of 127th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard from the south side of 119th Avenue to the south side of 127th Avenue.
