The Finance Department is responsible for all accounting duties for the City, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget preparation, cash receipts, financial statements, payroll and utility billing. The Finance Department also manages the City Hall reception area, provides customer service and supplies general information about city government administration.

Getting Started - Water & Sewer Bills
Every two months, the Finance Department bills Treasure Island property owners and/or renters for City-provided utilities, including garbage pickup, recycling, sewerage and stormwater services.

Starting a new or changing a service address
Arrangements for proper billing should be made prior to taking over possession or use of any residential or commercial property. For security, new accounts and changes must be confirmed in writing, either by letter, fax or by visiting our office in City Hall during business hours 8am to 4:30pm.

Bill Payments
Payments by check may be dropped off at the office or the payment box in the City Hall parking lot, or mailed to Treasure Island Finance Department, 120-108th Avenue, Treasure Island, Florida 33706.

Automatic Bank Payment
Automatic bank payment is also available. This allows you to pay your utility bill without having to write a check. Your bill will be electronically paid through your bank account on the due date. To enroll in Automatic Bill Payment, call 727-547-4575 ext. 221, 222 or 223 and we will mail or fax an application to you.
