received by Friday, February 17, 2012 at 2pm. Thereafter, at the City of Treasure Island Public Works Conference Room, located at 152 108th Ave, Treasure Island and immediately following the deadline for receipt of the bids, those bids received will be opened and publicly read concerning: Milling and Paving with class III Asphalt of two streets and two parking lots of approximately 14,700 SY.
