The following items are desired in arranging the overall insurance program for the City of Treasure Island. In some instances all items may not be available or may require modification. The City will consider modified proposals to the extent that they provide adequate coverage and in view of the overall program objectives.

Coverage is requested for:

• All Risk Property
• Boiler and Machinery
• Premises and Operations Liability (General Liability)
• Public Officials Liability
• Law Enforcement Liability
• Medical Attendants’/Medical Directors Professional Liability pursuant to Florida Statute 401.265
• Vehicle Liability
• Vehicle Physical Damage
• Workers’ Compensation
• Crime
• Statutory Accidental Death and Dismemberment (per Florida Statute 112.19 and 112.191)

Copy Machine
Effective Date October 1, 2008
The City of Treasure Island is seeking quotes for a new copier. These quotes will be used in our budget process as we prepare our budget for fiscal year FY08-09. This copier will replace a Canon Ir5000. Our average page count for this copier is 21000 pages per month. We are interested in leasing this equipment with a 5 or 7 year lease.
