Be on the lookout - Stolen Bicycle

The Treasure Island Police Department is investigating the theft of a bicycle, stolen from the area of 117th Avenue and 1st Street East.
 
The bike was parked and locked at approximately 8:40 am on Friday, May 20, 2011.  When the owner returned at approximately 8:00 pm on the same day, the bike was missing.  The perpetrator (s) cut the lock and cable to remove the bike.
 
The bike is described as a red and chrome P.K. Ripper BMX bicycle, valued at approximately $700.00. The bike has a red frame with chrome forks and handle bars.  The left handle grip is torn, and the headlight and taillight brackets do not have lights.
