BEACH PAVILION CLOSED UNTIL MAY
The 15 year-old Sunset Beach Pavilion at 8000 West Gulf Boulevard gets more than a facelift this spring with new decking, railings, siding, electrical system and paint. The extensive rehabilitation requires the pavilion to be closed from February 11, 2013 until May 13th, at the earliest.


Amenities
Directly on the beach, vending area, restrooms, showers, playground, handicap accessible facility, shaded open-air picnic area.

Rental rates ($100 deposit required to reserve pavilion)
Residents
$200.00 (plus tax) for a six-hour rental, 8am to 10pm
Non-residents
$300.00 (plus tax) for a six-hour rental, 8am to 10pm
Overtime Fee
$50.00 (plus tax) per hour. (Overtime applies to rentals at the Beach Pavilionoutside of the scheduled operational hours exceeding the six-hour rental period).


Non-Profit Rate
As above. Same overtime rate & security deposit required. Non-Profit organizations must provide the City with a TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE and 501C STATUS in order to receive the Non-Profit rate.

Parking lot rental rates
Black Skimmer Lot - $25.00 (plus tax) for 3 hours
Snowy Egret Lot (residents only) - $7.50 (plus tax) for each additional hour.
The rates include parking in lots adjacent to and across from the Beach Pavilion. Parking passes distributed on day of event by Beach Pavilion staff.
