MAIN HALL
Amenities
Stage, kitchen, restrooms, house P.A. system, banquet tables, stackable chairs. Entertain up to 250 people (table & chairs setup), 450 people (chairs only).

Rental rates
$500.00 (plus tax) for up to six (6) hours. After the initial six (6) hours, each additional hour is $50.00/hour (plus tax). A security deposit of $300.00 is required at time of reservation.
Non-Profit Rate
$335.00 for 6 hours - same overtimes rate & security deposit required.

Amenities
Restrooms, banquet tables stackable chairs. Seats up to 40 people maximum.

Rental rates
Residents: $50.00/5 hours - $150.00/all day plus tax
Non-residents: $100.00/5 hours - $300.00/all day (plus tax)
OPTIONAL: $50.00/day for use of kitchen for function. Kitchen available only if main hall is not rented.
Non-Profit Rate
As above. Same overtime rate & security deposit required. Non-Profit organizations must provide the City with a TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE and 501C STATUS in order to receive the Non-Profit rate.
Events longer than 5 hours must pay for an all day rental.
Rental fee due in full at time of reservation. Rental time begins when Recreation Aide is requested to open facility. Music and alcoholic beverages must stop at 12:30am, and everyone must exit the facility by 1:30am.
