Saturday Sunsets on the Trail

Saturday Sunsets on the Trail is a sunset celebration that takes place along Treasure Island's gulf front beach trail on the first and third Saturdays of June and July. This free family event features artisans, crafters, street performers and live musical entertainment, weather permitting, from 1pm until 9pm.

Can you imagine a more beautiful setting for a sunset celebration?
The Treasure Island Beach Trail runs behind the gulf front motels and hotels
for nearly a mile, directly on the beach.

MUSICIANS
Sets are from 1pm until 4pm and 5pm to 8:30pm, with band breaks set by the performers and the City. All sound equipment must be provided by the participant.

TRAIL PERFORMERS AND CRAFTERS
Saturday Sunsets on the Trail welcomes all forms of street performers and crafters and is proud to support and cultivate this type of performing and creative arts in the Tampa Bay area. On any given evening you may see a variety of acts including but not limited to: magicians, balloon arts, fire eaters, stilt walkers, living statues, escape artists, break dancers and jugglers, just to name a few.
