The cut-off time for next business day inspection requests is 3:30 p.m.
You may schedule online if you are a contact on the specific permit: OPPS (Online Permitting and Planning System)
Or Email your request to permits@mytreasureisland.org
Please note, for “Inspection Requests" – Include Permit # and Address in the subject line of the email. Please indicate the type of inspection in the body of the email.

Inspection Times
Due to the volume of daily inspections, we cannot offer specific inspection times nor make appointments. You may request an a.m. or a p.m. inspection, but be advised, occasionally, due to our inspection loads, we may alter your request at the inspector's discretion to serve the community best. Our inspectors prioritize their inspection route according to the most effective use of their time to ensure they will adequately perform their duty. We endeavor to accommodate property owners and contractors in scheduling inspection times that are convenient and effective for both the permit holder and the inspector.
