Request for Proposals - Employee Benefits
Deadline: March 18, 2020 by 2pm
The City of Treasure Island is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to obtain fully-insured group insurance coverages to include health, dental, life, long-term disability, vision, and any other applicable insurance coverages for the City employee benefits program. Although cost will be a major consideration in evaluating proposals, it will not be the only consideration.

Request for Proposals - Building Department Services

Deadline: March 6, 2020 by 2pm
The City of Treasure Island is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced firm(s) to provide Building Department Services. Such responsibilities shall be under the direction of the firm’s full-time Building Code Administrator and will include the daily oversight of all Building Department operations to include: issuance of permits, building plan review and inspection services in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes, current Florida Building Code, and the City Code of Ordinances.

Request for Qualifications - City Hall Design Services

Deadline: February 26, 2020 at 2 pm
The City of Treasure Island is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms—or teams of architectural and engineering firms—for the complete design services of the facility located at 10451 Gulf Boulevard Treasure Island. This property is being purchased to house all City Hall departments to include Public Works Administration and a City Commission Chambers Room, as well as provide for a community room rental space(s). It is foreseen that this project will help to establish the City’s character with a look and feel that can be carried through to other upcoming projects, which are not included in the scope. The chosen firm will have the opportunity to shape these future initiatives though their final design of City Hall, and set the tone for future redevelopment based on the successful outcome of this project.

NOTE:
Sealed Bids may be delivered or mailed to City of Treasure Island City Hall, 120 108th Ave., Treasure Island, FL 33706 to the attention of the Purchasing Coordinator – Michael Munger, or submitted online via DemandStar. All delivered/mailed bids must include: one (1) version with original signature and one (1) additional digital (PDF) version of the original, and must be received at the due date and time. Bidders submitting via DemandStar do not need to submit original hard copies, must submit all requirements online, and must submit before the stated closing date.
