Request for Qualifications - Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations Update
Deadline: April 9, 2020 by 2pm
The City of Treasure Island, Florida is seeking a qualified firm capable of preparing the Evaluation and Appraisal Report, providing Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations Update, including firms or teams, to:
1. Complete the preparation the Evaluation and Appraisal Report, in accordance with Florida Statutes including but not limited to, Chapters 163.3191 and 166;
2. Prepare an update of the City’s Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Florida Statutes, including the data, analysis and maps;
3. Land Development Regulations:
a. Using the existing set of Land Development Regulations, implement the updated Comprehensive Plan, per Section 163.3202(1), Florida Statutes and update the land development regulations to implement of current laws.
b. Rewrite the City’s Land Development Regulations to provide a usable set of regulations that are internally consistent and easily able to be used by city staff, developers, and the general public.

Request for Proposals - Employee Benefits

Deadline: April 8, 2020 by 2pm
The City of Treasure Island is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to obtain fully-insured group insurance coverages to include health, dental, life, long-term disability, vision, and any other applicable insurance coverages for the City employee benefits program. Although cost will be a major consideration in evaluating proposals, it will not be the only consideration.

Sealed Bids may be delivered or mailed to City of Treasure Island City Hall, 120 108th Ave., Treasure Island, FL 33706 to the attention of the Purchasing Coordinator – Michael Munger, or submitted online via DemandStar. All delivered/mailed bids must typically include: one (1) version with original signature and one (1) additional digital (PDF) version of the original, and must be received at the due date and time. Bidders submitting via DemandStar do not need to submit original hard copies, must submit all requirements online, and must submit before the stated closing date.
