Request for Qualifications 20-018 - Treasure Bay Living Shoreline and Water Quality Improvements
Deadline: September 10, 2020 @ 2pm
In June 2020, the City of Treasure Island was awarded a grant from the Tampa Bay Estuary Program to design a living shoreline for the City’s Treasure Bay Golf & Tennis Center. This facility has 2,340 feet of existing seawall that needs repair. In addition to the design, the grant stipulates the restoration of one of the site’s ponds and the construction of 500 feet of living shoreline. For additional information on the grant, please refer to the attachment herein. The City is looking for a consultant to (1) manage this grant, (2) perform the design work, and to (3) oversee the conversion of the remaining length of seawall. It is anticipated that this project will occur in three phases. To complete this work, the consultant contract resulting from this solicitation will be a term of 5 years, with three potential 1-year extensions.

Request for Qualifications 20-015 - Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations Update
Deadline: April 9, 2020 @ 2pm
The City of Treasure Island, Florida is seeking a qualified firm capable of preparing the Evaluation and Appraisal Report, providing Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations Update.

Sealed Bids may be delivered or mailed to City of Treasure Island City Hall, 120 108th Ave., Treasure Island, FL 33706 to the attention of the Purchasing Coordinator – Michael Munger, or submitted online via DemandStar. All delivered/mailed bids must typically include: one (1) version with original signature and one (1) additional digital (PDF) version of the original, and must be received at the due date and time. Bidders submitting via DemandStar do not need to submit original hard copies, must submit all requirements online, and must submit before the stated closing date.
