The City of Treasure Island has a service request tool called the Treasure Island Porthole that uses SeeClickFix technology to help residents report non-emergency, quality-of-life issues. To report an emergency, please call 911.
Residents can click on the interactive map to precisely pinpoint and describe the issue, such as graffiti, potholes, drainage, signals, signs, parks, water, sewer, garbage or other. The appropriate City of Treasure Island staff will be alerted and a response coordinated to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Residents may click on an issue to indicate their agreement with the request, make additional comments, follow the issue, or share their concern with fellow residents.
How it works:
If you'd like to use your computer to report an issue:
- Under the "Report" tab, drag the map marker to the location of your issue or type in its address
- Choose a category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue and fill out the required fields
- Click "Report your Issue"
