building_sidebarDepartmental services include plan review, permitting and inspection of all construction activity, business signs, building permits and the interpretation and development of code requirements relating to building, housing and landscape improvements. Staff provides technical assistance to the Local Planning Agency and the Planning & Zoning Board.
HANDYMAN CAN-DO LIST for Maintenance License 

EFFECTIVE MONDAY 3-23-2020: City Hall will be closed for public walk-ins beginning at noon every day. City Hall will remain open for regular business hours 8am to noon. We will be conducting business via phone/email, and will be installing a public drop box for physical document exchange.
