The Finance Department is responsible for all accounting-related activities for City funds, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipting, treasury management, investments, generating the annual financial statements, payroll and city-wide purchasing. Additionally, the Finance Department coordinates the budget process for the City and publishes the City’s annual budget. Greeting the public in the front entry of City Hall, providing customer service for general inquiries, issuing business tax receipts, overseeing the payments for: residential parking permit, facility rental, event fees and various children and adult programs offered by the Recreation Department.
