The Finance Department is responsible for all accounting-related activities for City funds, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipting, treasury management, investments, generating the annual financial statements, payroll, and city-wide purchasing. Additionally, the Finance Department coordinates the budget process for the City and publishes the City’s annual budget. Greeting the public in the front entry of City Hall, providing customer service for general inquiries, issuing business tax receipts, overseeing the payments for: residential parking permits, facility rentals, event fees, also a variety of programs for residents of all ages offered by the Recreation Department.
