Is my ticket a City of Treasure Island issued ticket?
I paid for the wrong parking space / I paid for the wrong zone number / I paid for parking; do I have to appear in court?
If you can provide proof of payment with a receipt or Park Mobile receipt showing that you have paid for parking, send this to us with your dispute form and copy of your parking citation. In this instance, it may be possible that we can provide leniency and void your citation. If we void your citation, we will contact you. If we do not contact you, please wait for mail from the Clerk of the Court, which can take several weeks.

What do I do if I received a citation in a private lot, but I have a Handicap Placard?
The State of Florida does not prohibit private lots from issuing tickets for handicap-designated cars not paying to park. Check the front and back of these issued citations for more information on how to contact the parking company.
I want to dispute my ticket, but I cannot appear in court because I live out of the area/state. What do I do?
You can still send in a dispute for your ticket. Once your dispute is received, the Clerk of the Court will mail you subpoena if you have to appear or information regarding the hearing if you do not have to appear. They will include a phone number to call with any questions you may have.
I have disputed my parking citation after the 15-day period and a penalty fee has accrued. What happens now?
Do not worry. We will process the dispute regardless of the 15-day period. Remember, the Clerk of the Court will either set the fine amount you must pay or dismiss/void your citation.
I do not want to pay the ticket fee; can I just pay for the time I was there?
Unfortunately, we do not accept partial payments. Our fees are set and non-negotiable. If you do not want to pay the fine you can dispute your ticket and appear in Court.
I have disputed my parking citation, but I have now decided to pay the fine instead. What needs to be done?
If you have decided to pay the fine instead of disputing the citation, you can pay by using any of the following methods. Please remember to contact the Clerk of the Court using their contact information if you have already received a subpoena or notice for court. Let them know you have paid the fine, and they will request proof of payment from our agency.
