The Police Property & Evidence Department is the Treasure Island Police Department’s custodian of evidence and found property. All property and evidence in the inventory of the Treasure Island Police Department is routinely collected, received, and maintained in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Statutes, Florida Accreditation Standards, and with Court decisions. For all inquiries on property or evidence, please contact the Treasure Island Police Department Evidence Department.

LOST & FOUND PROPERTY
The Treasure Island Police Department prepares a list of found property found by patrol officers or turned in by the public. A new list is posted each month in the lobby of the Treasure Island Police Department.
If you have lost property in the City of Treasure Island and would like to see if anything has been turned in, you may contact our Property and Evidence Coordinator by calling the police administration number at 727-547-4592. If lost property has not yet been turned in to the Police Department, you may choose to file a written report of lost property by calling our non-emergency number at 727-547-4595.
If you have found property in the City of Treasure Island and would like to turn it in to the Police Department, please contact our non-emergency number at 727-547-4595 to have a Police Officer retrieve the property and create a police report.
