Small gatherings on the beach or in parks require a permit. Small gatherings include weddings, memorial services, catered meals or other similar gatherings.

Use of Public Beach or Public Property Review - City Staff Review Only (Sec. 24-34, TI-Code)
a. $100 Treasure Island Resident/Business or $125 Non-Resident for a small gathering of
up to 50 people for a wedding ceremony or memorial service and inclusive of only a
10’ x 10’ tent (no larger), chairs, and an arch.
b. $125 Treasure Island Resident/Business or $150 Non-Resident for a gathering of 51-
100 people for a wedding ceremony or memorial service and inclusive of only a 10’x10’
tent (no larger), chairs, and an arch.
c. $250 Treasure Island Resident/Business or $300 Non-Resident for a gathering of more
than 100 people for a wedding ceremony or memorial service and inclusive of only a
10’x10’ tent (no larger), chairs, and an arch.
