Directions to Dispute your ticket and Request a Hearing:
To dispute your parking citation, you must complete our dispute form and provide us with a copy of your parking citation. Please do not leave any portions of this form blank or incomplete. Please download and print the form here.
Please Note – you cannot dispute a ticket once it has been paid for.
Once the form is completed in its entirety, please send us the form and a copy of your citation to us via mail or email:

(If you email your dispute, please ensure that your scan of your form and citation are clear. If they are not clear and legible, we may not be able to process your dispute.)
When we receive your dispute form, your citation is placed on hold in our system. Your dispute form is then reviewed and sent to court for a hearing. The Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will contact you via mail to the address you provided on the form. Please note – It may take court several weeks to contact you. Once the hearing is complete, the magistrate will either set the fine amount that you must pay or will dismiss/void your ticket. If the court decides you must pay a fine, the payment options are listed below:
